Shipping costs are calculated and displayed when you start the checkout processes. Shipping cost is based on weight of the items. Periodically, we offer free shipping for items or cart totals, so keep an eye on our website or join our mailing list to receive latest offers.
If a customer gives an incorrect delivery address and the package is returned to us - Customer shall assume all potential customs charge/return shipping charges our end and the cost of reshipping to correct address.
Purchaser assumes any and all risk, and is solely responsible for, any customs issues, including but not limited to, the inspection, confiscation or fees charged regarding the shipment of the shofar. Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We cannot be held responsible for packages being held up at any country's custom offices.
Kindly note that we do not offer any refund or return to shipped items. If any of the items you received is damaged or not the one you have ordered, kindly use the return form under "My Account" menu (or click here) to indicate which item needs to be replaced. You should complete the form within 7 days of receiving the item(s). After submitting the form, we will contact you to provide you with more details on what you need to do to replace the item(s).
